Senses as Doorways
This is a very calming, peaceful meditation. It was a great way to begin my day. It reminded me of opening up all the doors and windows on the first nice, sunshiny spring day; letting in the fresh spring air after being closed up all winter. I will definitely do this more often. ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒบ

Senses
This meditation is very relaxing and calming. If your mind begins to wander into the past or future, use one or more of your senses (i.e, touch, smell, taste, hear, sight) as doorways to bring you back into the present moment. Enjoy your day! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Š

Connecting...
Very calming session about using your senses to connect you to the Now. Becoming aware of the input, acknowledging it and then dismissing it. ๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘„๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ

Connecting?
I became very aware of my senses, and even though I know they are there had not taken the time before to think about them. I will incorporate this into my daily routine. ๏ฟผ

Present moment
Connecting to my senses in the present moment brought me relaxation and calm. Much needed calm.
