Change Self, Change Reflection
We’ve all done it. We have received something wonderful in our life and then ruined it in some fashion. Perhaps a job, opportunity or relationship comes to mind. This is a phenomenon called self sabotage. Self sabotage is where we interrupt what we have received in our external world because our internal world isn’t in alignment with what we received. There is something within us that doesn’t truly want what we received. Our job is to to look within and find that something. Once we become aware of that something, usually some limiting belief, we can change it. As we work to change it, we must raise our vibration at the same time. A daily practice of gratitude is a wonderful way to do just that. No matter what we are going through, there is always something to be grateful for.
In this high vibration of appreciation, we naturally feel our worthiness. Aligned with our true nature, space between our thoughts naturally develops, which allows us to recognize the ones that do not serve us. Because everything needs energy to grow, intentionally not giving energy to those thoughts that do not serve us results in their death. Inserting positive words and gratitude in those moments, our vibration remains in a high state of appreciation. And, as a changed self, our reflection will change right before our very eyes! Thank you, Teena! You have given me much to contemplate! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
