Do you sometimes feel like your mind is spinning out of control? Are you constantly rehashing a negative experience from your past? Or rehearsing what you want to say to someone who has upset you? In moments like these, our thought patterns are actually contributing to our suffering – not alleviating it. And the best way to shift those patterns is to move into deep, wholehearted compassion for yourself. A mind entangled with difficult thoughts is so worthy of your own compassion and love. Truely amazing meditation has helped me
If you're new here, make it habit to meditate, not only does it make you a happier person, it also helps you control all your emotions and thoughts in a positive way. I think everyone should learn and practice meditation, it's truely an experience of peace, love, and acceptance.

Self Compassion
This is exactly what I needed for me. Unneeded to repeat that I am well and happy and that I wish good things for myself. I was anxious and this actually helped start my day.

Wishing well
I needed to repeat the mantras of wishing myself wellness and happiness and freedom tonight, the eve of a major surgery for me. This helped soothe me and lighten my heart.

May I be well
I don’t know that I’ve ever wished wellness, freeness, and happiness for myself the way I did during this session. It felt good to wish for freeness from challenging emotions for myself and focus on being here in the present moment.

Self compassion
This is a very difficult lesson for me , I am not a selfless person therefore concentrating on myself above others has always been a source of difficulty for me.... but I do continue to improve

Treating myself how I treat others
I always seem to put everyone's wellbeing before mine. I have never taken the time to wish the same hapiness, wellness and freeness for my self that I do for others. It was definitely enlightening.

Self-compassion
It is difficult to be compassionate with yourself especially when you are dealing with chronic pain. Thank you for reminding me to be gentle with myself and to remain hopeful.🙏🏻

Hands
I learned that when I place my hands when my eyes are closed, can make a big difference. Especially if I've not been instructed on where to place them from it from the beginning. I prefer my heart, my stomach, or sometimes my head. My favorite is probably making a crossover my heart with my hands and arms.
