I can’t relax
I’m subconsciously hard on myself all the time. It’s natural to push yourself, but I push myself so hard that any time that I take for myself feels inherently wrong and lazy. When I lie down to bed, sit down to eat, or take a moment to meditate my whole body is screaming at me to get back to work. It’s awful, but I’m aware of it.
Just what was needed
I felt so much better after doing this meditation even for just 3 minutes. Fantastic!
