This is SO Groovy!
I don’t really have any weight to draw me down (save for my roommate just showing up to put a movie in,); BUT I just wait to play it for my God-like roommate, Paul (he’s the caregiver for my annoying roommate). MAYBE this will help him…. Wish me luck! Coffee on, my friends! ☕️☮️🐝☮️☕️

A beautiful meditation about being there for yourself. I know that I have the choice as to how I feel at any given moment. I sure wish I knew this years ago! It takes time and work but it's soooo worth it! Easier said than done....but it's becoming part of me now. Spirit is with all of us, all the time. I am not alone. You are not alone. That sure is an awesome feeling.
