Savor the Moment
When we think of savoring the moment, we often think of savoring big or special events. We can apply this to small, everyday events. This leaves more room for positive thoughts and feelings, and leaves less room for negative thoughts.

Savor the moment
This is a great reminder for me to slow down and really taste a piece of chocolate, or feel the touch of a loved one. Really be "in it". Being on auto-pilot is easy to do. Before you know it, the day it week is over. I shall make sure to savor this coming week. ๐Ÿ˜
