Really got me thinking
This meditation really got me thinking. I realized that the little things in life come after my family and friends and things that matter to me.

Family>Material Goods
I learned that if all the little things in life will never make you as happy and be more important as the huge things like family and friends. This is why family should always come first above material goods and items.

Rocks, pebbles and sand
Regardless of how you fill the jar of your life, there’re always gaps which can be filled. You can fill the empty places with minutia, or expand your jar to include more of the big important things...I prefer to make new friends, help more people, learn new skills...make the additions as meaningful as I can! Celebrate the life I’ve been gifted with...bless others, do more, be more.

Little things in life
I know we all have big important things in our lives we care about and appreciate but often we tend to forget that little things in life can make a huge difference and bring fulfillment in our lives.

This was great!
The story was very calming and moving and I loved it! After a long day, I snuggled up with this and was not disappointed. I now feel very relaxed and happy :)

Sand
I live along the gulf coast and it has beautiful beaches. Those beaches have lots of sand but the most wonderful thing of those beaches is my family which is my rocks. I have learned that the sand can be wonderful too.
