Foster resilience in the face of consuming fear & anger, specifically while driving. Remaining aware of our feelings & how they are manifesting in our bodies is a great way to have control over these feelings, as opposed to allowing them to control us. And being intentional about slowing down our breathing & noticing our heart rate is a simple way to return our bodies to a state of Peace & Calm.
