In this meditation, Dorothy guides you to your heart space, where you can find your authentic self. I began to focus on my breathing and my awareness turned to my heart space. While there, I found a profound sense of inner calmness and peace. I learned that I can find my authentic self by simply being present and opening myself to my inner wisdom.
