Today was a hard day. Once I finally got into bed to relax and unwind I was able to let go of the stress and negativity that came with my day and prepare myself for a calm and well resting sleep. I thought of my friends and how I look forward to seeing them and leaving the stress of school to the back burner. I feel very calm and relaxed right now and ready for bed.

I was hopeful that after reading Cherish’s selection on this teaching it might help me wind down from my day. It didn't do that unfortunately. Had a GREAT luncheon meeting at our local chapter of ToastMasters with an old business networking friend today, and may actually join the group! But also learned that my kid brother and his wife are losing their long-term rental home, and spent my afternoon brainstorming with my mother trying to come up with solutions to help them out. I don't think I can! I WANT to but my resources are both extremely limited and stretched to the breaking point right now! Many heartfelt thanks to Aura friends Kathy and Debb for working through this issue with me privately! ❤️❤️❤️

Release the day through breathe.
I liked all the references of releasing the day, worries, tension, anything not serving us through our breathe. The long pause had me wondering if the meditation had ended but she eventually came back and it was nice to listen to the beach noises.
