This meditation series is designed to integrate into your everyday experience whenever you feel your ability to focus slipping away. That way you can consistently come back to focus your attention far more than if we simply allow the advertisements to take our mind from us. With that in mind, consider instead of sitting on your meditation pillow or laying down on a yoga mat, completing the meditations and exercises while sitting up, ideally at your office desk.
