My thoughts are not my reality... at 1st I️ disclaimed it
Then I️ realized that my thoughts are NOT my reality, like the mantra repeated. They are imaginings of what I️ think, fear, or hope things to be. So as they are only thoughts, they can be self harming at times by restricting such harsh limits on myself or over pushing myself beyond a reasonable expectation that someone else would never do... thoughts are not reality, not my reality, let them go... hold onto positive self talk..
