I love this meditation, it's absolutely perfect for the start and end of my day. As a busy mom and grandma I couldn't ask for a better gift of relaxation. A mini escape in the middle of chaos and noise called motherhood.

I am not a parent (unless cats count!) but this mediation was perfect for me. I became relaxed and released tension/stress. I will use this meditation in the future if I get overwhelmed and need to center myself.

This meditation takes practice. It is easier said than done and it was difficult to release the tension today. I will try this practice again.

Although this meditation was helpful, I require a longer version. Include releasing tension from the ribs, upper & lower spine and offer more quiet time between body locations. I felt rushed by the transitions.

My shoulder muscles (right where you carry all your stress) have been killing me the last week, I loved the fact of really focusing on letting go of all that tension but I could have used a little something else with it.. My brain is at a lost for suggestions, but just felt like it was missing something throughout the session

I like it, it felt nice, yet I didn’t totally relax. I think I just need more practice, since my mind can’t focus too much on any of the meditations. Yet I feel like everyday it’s a little easier and better. Tho some days, if I’m in a sad or bad mood, it gets even harder. Today I was feeling okay and the meditation was very nice and calming
