It was a first for my face! I could feel a fuzzy sensation, starting at my forehead and moving down my face in tiny increments, as I focused on each part. Very relaxing to release tension I wasn't aware was there. ❤️

I typically don’t care much for meditations that involve the body, but decided to try this one. It was quite peaceful, though I wasn’t sure I was really able to relax certain parts of my face. I probably need practice!

Facial tension is a problem for me. Especially the brow and jaw area. I used to have a lot of trouble clenching my teeth and tension headaches. I really look forward to this session again.
