It's been a stressful few days and this meditation was great. Water always calms me down, so picturing being in water was perfect.
Too much stress
I always find peace in water so I needed to hear this, I felt very relaxed throughout my whole body
Water is where I've always found my soul. I feel whole in and around water. This meditation reminded my body of that and released tension in my most painful areas. Letting go and breathing through the flow.
The speaker needs to be mindful
I learned that while i was enjoying my session a moment of quiet came and when the speaker started again his voice seemed almost excited and sharp. Kinda killed the peaceful moment. But otherwise good. Spose i should relax too lol
I found this meditation very helpful in releasing the tensions of having a mentally exhausting work day. I visualized myself laying in my bathtub filled with warm water floating on top of the water. I could feel the warmth of the water on my skin and the stress from the day just melting away.
Nice meditation until it ended quite abruptly. ￼😏
