Relaxing morning flow
I woke up this morning with a lot of anxious energy, I have an added stress in my life right now that is generating anxiety. Doing a short morning flow, allows me to use movement with my breath, so that Iโ€™m able to work through that anxious energy. Now I have the chance to start my day from a place of peace and acceptance. With gratitude ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

A Blue Morning
Woke up today still harboring some sadness from yesterday and some anxious thoughts about today. It was nice focusing on my body for a bit and feeling it wake up. I feel less tension now, even though I havenโ€™t completely shaken the sadness.
