Great if you want to ease into self-guided meditation!
I initially chose this track thinking it would just be good background noise while I did breath work. I find Ralf’s voice quite soothing and I often need some sort of white noise in order to meditate. I was surprised to find that Ralf spends a good amount of time presenting the track with a short soothing background story, and a roughly 3 minute guided meditation sequence. There is no guidance for the remainder of the track. The chanting and singing bowls help encourage a trance like state and help you stay present. Ordinarily self guided meditation is nigh impossible for me, but the brief intro in this recording helped point my mind towards the right mindset to guide my own meditation journey.
