I felt the audible sigh seemed to create a deeper state of relaxation more quickly. I felt kind of bound up? The deep sighs of relief were appreciated. Thank you, and peace be with you as well ✨

This one was a verbal sighing meditation. Dr. Frey just this morning said it showed the best results for anxiety. Could be a longer one. Keep looking.
