I feel as if my old ways, my trauma-response ways of handling life slowly, gradually, and in very small but powerful ways, returned to my daily consciousness when I was unfocused and unintentional.
I must be intentional and diligent in the small rituals and patterns that exude wellness and peace everyday. I can’t be “too busy” or distracted. Grateful for lulls, for they help guide me forward.
