Feeling angry or really stressed right now? This meditation is designed to help you return to the present moment during times of high emotion. It's hard for us to find mental clarity when we are looking through mental fog, let's clear the atmosphere of the mind so we can see clearly again.

No help.
Sick of trying to put all this learning to good use in the outside world. Only to be crapped on and lied to.

Quick stress & anger management
The 4,7,8 breathing technique really did help calm me down. Now I hope when I feel angry, stressed or overwhelmed I will remember this technique instead of “acting out”. I have a really bad tendency to “lash out “ before thinking

This is a helpful tool to use when my kiddos are arguing and expressing their anger which in turn stresses me out.
