Quick Breathing Space
Even the smallest meditation can make the most difference in your day. Why? Whenever you feel angry, sad, and or stressed out meditation is the best cure of all of the negative feelings you have been feeling that day. We are all human and have what we call emotions; to express our own emotions is perfectly natural and perfectly normal. Sometimes I too lose tract of my emotions thatโ€™s I meditate daily so that I can keep said emotions under control

Breathing Space
In this quick breathing space, Karuna gives us three steps to become present. Standing for this meditation, I brought awareness to my body by checking in to how I was feeling. Realizing the state I was in, I connected to my breath by way of my nostrils. I felt the cooler air flowing in and the slightly warmer flowing out. I brought a kind and curious attention to my body. I felt my feet on the ground, my heart open. Thank you, Karuna! I will use this quick breathing space often! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ
