I pictures my energy, my aura, as a beautiful orange with warmth, not heat, and a gentle breeze. This energy, this beauty was created by Christ. He has made me who I am supposed to be.
I saw the world as a field of, what looks like flowers, but are each person’s colorful aura. Dimming my aura damages who God created me to be. I’m special and wonderfully made and I shouldn’t ever squash that for the seeming benefit of others. That is not how God has designed life to be.

Am unable to reach your aura website to enable me to customise your services to me. I am a grandmother who has experienced many traumatic events.with auras help I believe I can move on and deal with
I feel stuck in a rut as the psychiatrist are giving me high doses of medication against my will this has incurred a legal battle which puts me under a lot of stress I tend to procrastinate as I have much writing reports etc and finding this difficult too. I look forward to working with aura in the future.

This meditation felt very restoring as if light had enveloped into my mind.
It’s difficult for me to focus on just the meditation and not have a million different things pop into my head taking my focus away if even just for a second. I’m hoping that thru more practice that I’m able to better control my concentration.

I never thought about protecting my energy. This was a nice exercise picturing a circle of light around me. My vibe, my aura. I feel really good right now. Probably better than I have for a few days. 👍
