Mental fitness
I enjoyed doing this mid morning. I was multi-tasking, and needed to slow down and be present. I had begun several tasks and didn't finish them. I looked around, and partially completed projects were all over the place. I was super motivated, but not being mindful. This was perfect to bring me back to the now! Which reminds me. Have you ever read The power of now by Eckhart Tolle? I'm sure you have. I may take a look at it again. Thank you for a lovely meditation.
