Sleep eludes
Listened to this track, but wasn't really ready to sleep. It's gentle prompts to relax might have worked if I had truly been settled and ready for sleep. ยฏ\_(ใƒ„)_/ยฏ

I played Minecraft and played with tanner
I learned how to play Minecraft on a Xbox it was really fun, I built a underground mine, a house and tanner built a wall so no monsters can come

This made me feel relaxed and calm. I was especially ready for bed. I learned that whenever I am confused, sad, angry etc. I can count on aura to calm me down and make me feel relaxed. I use this app a lot because a lot of nights I can sleep. But now I feel healthier and more relaxed. I love this app!!!!๐Ÿ˜

Sleepy time.
This was a really lovely and relaxing experience to do. I could easily relax my mind and body after an eventful day I had at work. Making myself more comfortable in bed helped me to ease into a deep and decent sleep.
