This power breathing exercise is specifically designed around releasing fear and trauma through your nervous system. You can use this breath when you spend too much time worrying about the past, future, or any kind of fear. Use this 9-minute recording, when you need to rewire and affirm new positive thoughts and feelings. Tips: Sit up straight or lay down on your back with good quality headphones. Breathe in and out through your nose and out of your mouth. In the end, squeeze your core, lift up your head and legs, flex your arms and push the energy up from the center of your core into your head. If sitting up, flex your core and arms only.
