When we can make our investigation of the body fun and genuinely interesting we are more likely to engage the body and to learn from it. I hope you have fun with this meditation. One important tip: when allowing the "water awareness" to flow, be careful not to stop it at the edges of the "conventional body." Imagine it can flow out *through* the hands, out *through* the feet, etc. Work gently, and be careful not to force awareness or try to make something happen.
