The Intention to Move More! Our physical body is our greatest instrument. It is the only one we get in this life & it is truly a miracle. It has kept us going & experiencing life for so long. It has been through a lot and continues to work day & night. Finding time to exercise, move, dance, run, and play sports, is not always an easy task. What we are able to do sometimes changes with the seasons, with our lives & bodies. Intending to move more, could be joining a sports club, booking a personal trainer, or even simply taking the stairs instead of the lift. To whatever degree, adding more movement into the day can increase your endorphins, raise your energy levels, and boost your metabolism & your immunity. Enjoy your body!
