My mind is in a negative loop right now. I had a disturbing experience with a toxic person. This was perfect to listen to. Toward the end of this there was a mention of having some self compassion in addition to redirecting your thoughts.bi think I really don't give myself a break when I make a poor decision that leads to an inescapable, disturbing situation.
