Gut health
I learned that I don’t have good gut health. I need to start taking an hour out of each day to deal with my stress. Go for a walk or read a book. I have depression and anxiety and let things get to me so easily. I also feel so tired all the time even as I write this I have no energy. I need to stop eating sugary carbs because I do have a sugar addiction and I need to stop eating so much sugary foods and take better care of my health. Maybe some fruits like raspberries or strawberries with a little of Nutella im sure will be better than the cookies and brownies I eat.
