Being able to be at peace in the environment we find ourselves can be difficult. Practicing your meditation where we focus on the people we love and the safety we feel while knowing that we have enough and we can settle down to doing nothing. Opening to what is around us and feeling safe is an essential part of soothing the parasympathetic nervous system.
