This was so helpful
This was so helpful to just stop and just be aware of how I was feeling. Also, to focus on where in the body felt vulnerable, and to offer some kindness to that vulnerable place. My body feels softer now and more relaxed.

Body Aware
This meditation calls forth our ability to become more self and body aware. The teaching is for self kindness and the recognition of feelings, emotions, and/or areas of the body that require our kind attention. In the giving to ourself the grace of awareness, we are able to readily understand, recognize, deal with, and help to heal that which is presently causing us difficulty. I found this to be swift, gentle, soothing and beneficial.

This made me cry
A beautiful short meditation that really struck a cord with me. I could relate to so much of what was being said and the idea of being kind to myself and letting go of what I’ve been holding onto. I’ve been trying to remain strong for my daughter who is still struggling with being away from me whilst at school and I let all these feelings and worries build up inside of me and I take on anxiety. I cannot control this situation and I need to try and let go. All I can do is my best to reassure her that she will be ok. I feel a pain in my chest due to my worries but by holding my hand over my heart and breathing, I was able to let this pain go.

Pausing/Noticing
Right at this moment? I'm pretty darn comfortable! We splurged on a much needed new mattress for our master bedroom, and I finally was able to purchase a weighted blanket, something I've been desiring for a long time. With the blind open to enjoy tonight’s thunderstorm, I'm feeling pretty darn good tonight! Plus the image of bubbles used for this track make something of a hidden Mickey! Yay!

Helpful
I’m in a lot of pain this morning and I’ve taken all the aspirin and herbs etc. that I can safely take so I turned to this meditation. It was actually very very helpful and I particularly appreciated the quote from Rumi.

A Moment to Pause
From a person who suffers from chronic pain, this is a extremely beneficial meditation to listen to! I began to give gentle kind awareness to my body. As my breathing began to soften, so did my body and my pain surprisingly began to ease up a little! The quote from Rumi really resonated with me. In fact, after hearing the first time, I listened again keeping that quote in mind. Even though my pain is not totally gone, my body feels different, almost as if a new sense of acceptance has occurred! I am very grateful for this healing meditation and will listen to it often. Thank you, Cindy! Namaste! 🙏🏻❤️😊

Softening...
Great meditation! Recommended to help reduce discomfort and it did. By focusing on my areas of vulnerability (instead of ignoring it) & breathing loving kindness into it I started to feel a tingle. A couple more breathes and it softened up. A few more breathes and layers of comfort started to build up in those areas. By the time it was over ... I was, strike that, I am feeling fantastic! Thanks Cindy & Cherish!! ❤️👍🏼🍀

Kind Attention
“Keep your gaze on the wounded place. This is where the light enters.”- Rumi. When we feel vulnerable, whether we are feeling sorrow or in pain, etc., we can get closed off. If we don’t allow ourselves to feel what our body is telling us, those feelings can and will transform into other emotions. Therefore, we need to find a way to accept, allow and be with ‘what is’ in this moment. In this meditation, Cindy guides us through an open awareness into our body as we give kind attention to the areas of our body that need healing. My heart has been heavy for awhile now as I’ve been dealing with a loss in my life. In addition, I woke up feeling more pain and soreness in my lower back due to doing some heavy cleaning yesterday. Following Cindy’s guidance, I began to give kind attention to these two areas of my body by putting one hand on my heart and my other hand on my lower back and began breathing deeply. As I breathed deeply into these areas, unraveling each tender layer, my heart and lower back began to soften just a little, just enough to allow for some light to enter. Oh..how nice that light, that kind attention feels to my heart and lower back! Thank you, Cindy for this wonderful healing meditation! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
