grateful realization
as i was doing this meditation, i realized how lucky i am to be able to do it. i realized there are people in the world who cannot take deep breaths. i was once one of those people after i had a surgery on my stomach. i remember how unhappy i was that i wasn’t able to breathe deeply to relax myself. i had to get measured everyday and do breathing tests. at the time i never realized how big of a toll it took on my life, but looking back it really made me miserable. being able to breathe as much and as hard as i want to makes me so grateful because believe it or not others cannot be as lucky as we.

This definitely woke me up. Concentrating on taking in larger inhales and shortening the exhales. This breathing method is energizing for my body.

This is important to really do this exercise and listen to your breathing. It helps a lot it’s awesome to just again, take a few minutes and recharge and prepare yourself for your day. Especially when you are a stay at home mom like me but whatever you do as well, this exercise is very soothing.

Wake up!
I was able to stay on after the session and count 10 breaths on the first try, which I don’t think has ever happened before, so I think this practice might world for me. I’m going to try it at the times when I need it- after my alarm goes off in the morning and my frequent 10:30 am slump time. Namaste

This made me so relaxed. Before entering this meditation, my body was tense, I wasn't comfortable. After, I'm relaxed, my body feels like I sunk into my couch. I feel AMAZING.
