Breathe in: I arrive Breathe out: I arrive My destination is the here and now. The only moment that truly matters. Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow hasn’t happened yet. When I return back to the present moment, I am coming home to myself. This is where I find true happiness and peace. So just for today I choose to live in the present moment. Namaste.

Stop running
I was just talking about this yesterday. Being okay with being still and not having to be running all the time. This is something I will have to work on- to be in the present moment ALL moments of the day not just for glimpses of it. Breathe. I am here. In the present is where real opportunities lie.

This is a great way to start off my day. Since I started off yesterday with meditation , I felt peaceful all day long despite a very scary start.
Starting the day like this should become a routine. But I’m not going to do these reflections any,ore hecuase I do t like being corded by an app.

I am able to get focused better depending on the voice tone in the meditation. Had a hard time staying present during this meditation.
