Very nice meditation that I would use anytime I'm feeling fear of the unknown-- or just in the morning. Puts fear into perspective, helps us to sit with it, not resist it, realize we'll get through it.

Anxiety can get the best of me
I have had a cold and haven’t been feeling too good. We came up to go skiing and my ear is plugged. I feel like my equilibrium is off. I’m worried I will fall and hurt myself. I didn’t sleep well because it is very dry up here in the mountains. We are currently at 7500 feet. Much higher altitude than I’m used too- so even my teeth feel funny. I’m trying to just stay focused on the day. Take it one hour at a time.
