Allow this quick morning meditation to help you become more productive in your day. This exercise offers you time to visualize ways you can let go of unhelpful habits and practices throughout your day. How we start the morning sets the tone for our entire day. This practice focuses on mindful breathing, relaxing the body, and listening to our heart.

Clearing
I’m a procrastinator and easily feel overwhelmed so I put things off. I also ask for help and when I don’t receive it put things off. Today I released the need for help and I’ll do small bites of clearing ready to move on by myself. Thank you

Sleep
In order to have a productive day, I need to sleep. And that means I need to commit to going to bed at a decent hour. So today I commit to going to bed while it is still … today :). Bed before midnight, here I come!

Morning Meditation: A Productive Day
I learned that I need to meditate in the morning to maximise my daily productivity, as doing so helps me to focus and be mindful which sets me up well for the rest of my day.

Productivity
In order to be productive, I need to stop doing little tasks that are not as important. I need to prioritise the most important “to dos” of the day. I need to stop scrolling through social media distracting myself from work and losing the focus. Lock time to check my phone in the evenings after all the work is done.

Wow
This was absolutely the best pre-work focus meditation that I’ve done so far. Super clarifying.

A winner
This one is really helpful for singular focus. Stick to this one when I need a a jump start and to hone in!

Good
Not quite deep enough, or focused enough on my part. But helpful none the less to slow down the whirlwind.

Less anxious in my body. I feel more relaxed and happy in this moment.
I could calm myself through this exercise. I learned to breathe through discomfort and allow myself to return to focusing on my breath when distracted.

A Productive Day
Having one goal throughout the day will help me clear my mind week over week. I need to make sure I find the time to accomplish my goal.
