Good feeling 🌞🌻
Focusing on breathing relaxed me, while setting intentions for the day gives me motivation. I visualized how I will feel during and after completing a couple things I would like to do today. I visualized taking that feeling to work with me. I have a good feeling thanks to this meditation. I think I’m off to a good start today. Thanks 🙏 Aura!

Calm Persistence
Focus on smooth but not overly controlled belly breathing has a more positive impact on me then controlled breaths. Maybe going with the flow is much better than having to have control or “feel” in control all the time. What do I want most for myself? Calmness and persistence. In all things, calmness and persistence.

Sometimes my mind can run all over the place with the amount of tasks I have on, but selecting two main tasks and really focusing on what I want to feel like once the tasks have completed, in a way has made me feel relaxed.

I am glad to set an intention for what to complete today, as well as how I want to feel today. I felt a release as I made peace with feelings of self judgment and let them melt away and he replaced with feelings of self compassion and acceptance. That’s how I want to feel today, and it starts with thinking thoughts like the number of dollars in my bank account and the amount of weight on my body are exactly right. That everything is how it should be. That I have the perfect amount of time I need to do what I want to do today. That the items in my home are exactly where they need to be right now. That I don’t need to change a thing. I feel peace right where I’m at, and my pursuits today will be by choice, with ease and warmth, and in love.

I learned that the feeling of being neutral is better than overly happy or sad. 1 extreme to the other can cause multiple mental health disorders leading to severe depression or overtly anxious happiness (adhd-like). Neutral is content.

I learned that feeling sad is not a good thing because if you feel sad like you had a bad day that is understandable but just meditate and it will help you negative thoughts will go away I’ve always noticed that when I meditate positive things come to my mind like sleeping in my bed and seeing my family and me hugging someone like my dad or someone I love to meditate because it always calms me down and relaxes me sometimes I hear things in my mind that say Relax Margo Everything Is Fine
