Self acceptance
I am glad to set an intention for what to complete today, as well as how I want to feel today. I felt a release as I made peace with feelings of self judgment and let them melt away and he replaced with feelings of self compassion and acceptance. That’s how I want to feel today, and it starts with thinking thoughts like the number of dollars in my bank account and the amount of weight on my body are exactly right. That everything is how it should be. That I have the perfect amount of time I need to do what I want to do today. That the items in my home are exactly where they need to be right now. That I don’t need to change a thing. I feel peace right where I’m at, and my pursuits today will be by choice, with ease and warmth, and in love.
