Start your day with this gratitude practice that will expand your capacity for finding gratitude in the most microscopic things like your blood cells to expansive things outside of our sight like our solar system! In this guided sound meditation, you'll hear Crystal Singing Bowls tuned at 432hz, Tibetan singing bowls, and Koshi chimes with custom binaural beats added to the audio. The combination of these instruments enhances your gratitude practice by allowing your mind to find relaxation as you expand your sense of compassion for yourself and the world. To truly feel the benefits of this practice, come back to this meditation 5 days a week and notice a difference in your capacity to tap into gratitude throughout your days.

Gratitude
Listening to the beautiful sounds along with giving thanks for all the small things to the big things in life, my heart is full. My inner spirit is filled with joy. I am truly grateful for all the blessings that I have in my life. My intention for the day will be to continue to focus on the abundance I have in my life. May you find many things to be grateful for today.

Small and bug thing
Today I felt refreshed by finding gratitude in the biggest and often overlooked things such as the ground I walk on, the earth or the people I don't know but I've interacted in my life. It's so easy to forget the joy and positive energy that can flow from the least personal and and attached things. Thanks

Gratitude
I learned that sitting still and appreciating the micro and macro aspects of my life lead to me feeling a higher vibration within myself.

Grateful
This helped me turn my frustration with my pups pooping in the apartment into gratitude.
