More for people that things, but it’s good to acknowledge my privilege and all I have and rely on around me. Namaste

Gratitude
As I expands me practice, I am learning to be grateful for all the things, big and small. I am grateful for the green lights on the way to work when I am running late and a fridge full of food or the new pillow I bought that has eased my neck pain and allowed me to get a good nights rest and the birds chirping outside my window while I sip my coffee. I am blessed for all the things, big and small. ❤️
