This meditation is a perfect way to start my day. My breathing is stronger, the white light feels both soothing and invigorating so I’ll enjoy the rest of my day energized and at peace.

Nice visualisations and guided breathwork
I really enjoyed that this didn't go straight into standard breathing exercises, and when it did it asked you to move your hands and breathe light into those areas - far more engaging than most.
