I feel lighter, stronger, eager to face my day. Also feel protected by the white light that I can call on.

Calm and centered
I love this one partially because I get kind of distracted during it and so it helps me to keep myself focused and bring myself back. And I like that discipline but also because how I feel when I’m done. I am calm and center. And I feel euphoric almost. At peace. And the more I practice it the less I doubt what I’m seeing because I know it to be true in my mind but my heart sometimes will doubt and I’m doing that less and less and that is something that I’m proud of. Because I feel the energy but I also sometimes see it. I get flashes. In the dark I hold my hands up to my face and all the sudden it’s bright I’ll see a bright light or a color and a doubt that or are you still in the more I practice the less I doubt it. I want to thank you. I appreciate what you do and what you bring and what you share. You help to build my confidence and you bring me hope and peace within myself because I know that that’s where it needs to be and come from. I cherish people like you for you are my teachers and I know that I teach others as well through my experience and just day-to-day actions. Sometimes in a great way and other times not so great. And that’s OK. Thanks again so much for all that you do.
