Embrace the Moment
Monday, the beginning of a new week! Some of us cringe reading those words. We are all busy future tracking our lives, trying to achieve more, become more, get more. Over time, this stress leads us to burnout. News flash: we Are already enough just the way we are! Read that again. In fact, we are right where we need to be! Therefore, there is no other place to be, no other place to go. Some may ask, well...what am I supposed to do? Brandonโ€™s answer to that is simple. We surrender and embrace the moment. Present for every moment, we see our life unfold. Our perspectives begin to change. Instead of seeing everything we donโ€™t have, a scarcity mindset, we begin to see and appreciate what we already have, an abundant mindset. Having this abundant mindset, we naturally become more happy. Happy, we naturally become more at peace. At peace, we naturally surrender our need to control everything. After all, all things come together for our good. Embrace the moment. Focused and aligned with our higher self, we will accomplish our tasks in a much more effective way and the bonus is that we wonโ€™t miss out on our lives in the process. My daily meditation
Itโ€™s the perfect meditation for me to start the day. Each day Iโ€™m in a different mood, and I always find, throughout this meditation , the exact phrase that I need to heal my spirit. I end up conforted and ready to face the day.

Choices
Sitting in an upright position, I put on some headphones and took in a few deep breaths. As my body and mind began to slow down, I began to visualize all the abundance I do have in my life. I couldnโ€™t help but smile. Because I have use of my five senses, I get to experience life fully. Because I have use of my arms, legs, hands and feet, I get to move freely through life. Because I have a voice, I get to express myself. Filled with appreciation, my heart expanded. With warmth spreading throughout my body, I was reminded of the choices I have, such as what I choose to focus on and how I want my state of being to feel in each moment. Knowing this, I set my intention for this beautiful new day. I choose to keep my composure regardless of what is going on around me. As I remember my intention, joy, presence, grace and ease will surround me and dwell inside of me today. As I looked toward what this week has to offer me, I am excited for the opportunities that I will have to show up with a sense of grace, ease and presence. Fully Alive
Monday. Some may cringe while others are indifferent. Some become filled with anxiety while others donโ€™t. Why is that? It comes down to perceptions. We can either put our focus on the good and what can be or we can put our focus on the bad and what was. Today, I am choosing the former. Breathing in deeply through my nose, I began to think of all the blessings in my life. Sensing an inner smile in my heart, I am fully alive in this moment. Surrendering and embracing this moment and every moment thereafter, I acknowledge, allow and accept. I am aligned with universal Law. I meet each moment with a sense of wonder and curiosity. If I find my well-being altered by circumstances, I can and will utilize my breath to bring me back to the here and now. Surrendering and embracing each moment as it comes, Free to enjoy this brand new day, this new week, I am fully alive! May you all embrace present moment awareness today! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

Because our brain has a tendency to future pace, we miss so many precious moments in our life. Thus, I canโ€™t think of any other way to begin a new week than surrendering to this moment. Surrendering to this moment, we have the opportunity to sense how we are feeling. We can set intentions so we arenโ€™t pulled in every other direction than the one we chose. And, we can gather a sense of gratitude for all of the blessings we have right here, right now. As I sat and breathed deeply into this body of mine, I surrendered to this moment. In this moment, I can breathe. Thank you. In this moment, I feel good. Thank you. In this moment, I have all my needs met. Thank you. In this state of gratitude, I set my intention for today and the rest of my week. As I begin my day, I am filled with presence. Thank you. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

I am enough as I am. I will enjoy each moment and not rush to get to the next moment. I am a strong and beautiful soul. I can do whatever I need or want to do. I am enough just as I am. I deserve love and belonging. I deserve love and understanding for who I am in this moment.
