I've learned to function at about 85% of my max everyday while making it look like 110%. Blindly stumbling through each day always heavy and tired has become my way of life but it's not living. It's just surviving. Survival is important but it's a low bar. I want to rejoin the living. To do that I must remind myself to make time for me. To not just sleep but rest because time spent on me is never a waste.
