Positive mindset
I was able to unwind, relax and enjoy this quiet time before work. I like heading out to work with a positive mind mindset. The challenge is keeping the positive and not overthinking what is ahead. Namaste๐Ÿ™

The gratitude I have for my place here on earth is big. We arenโ€™t promised tomorrow. So to just be thankful that I was given another tomorrow is beautiful and I am so grateful.

Brand New Day
I am lying on a blanket in a field full of wildflowers watching a beautiful sunrise before me. I see the dew on the flowers and grass all around me from the light of the sunrise. I inhale a huge breath of clean fresh morning air. I feel awakened, alive, and appreciative for all the beauty that surrounds me. I appreciate good health and all the abundance in my life. What a powerful feeling! I am feeling energized.

Simple Blessings
This morning I was feeling a little out of sorts which this beautiful meditation helped bring me back to the present moment to appreciate all the beauty that is surrounding me. I decided to listen to this one laying in my hammock in my backyard. It feels like a Fall day with a cool breeze in the air. I could feel the suns warmth peeking through the trees warming my skin as I lay here inhaling the fresh air. I am feeling full of gratitude for being able to enjoy this moment and for all the abundance in my life. Wishing all of you the best today!โค๏ธ

Wonderful wake up
This is a wonderful meditation for first thing in the morning. Itโ€™s a great way to wake up and start your day. It was calming relaxing and a good reminder to be appreciative of life and my time on the planet. It helped me to expand my awareness and consciousness be on my own personal difficulties.

Positive mindset
At the beginning of this I found myself thinking about the poem by Rudyard Kipling called Gunga din. It starts off something like this, โ€œif you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirโ€™s...โ€ I was definitely panicked this morning. After only a couple of hours of sleep I was woken up by an air quality alert on my phone. Since I knew I wasnโ€™t going to be able to go back to sleep I made a cup of tea. But worry was overcoming me. After listening to this I was able to move back into a peaceful state of mind. Fear is a powerful demon. ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŒป

Grateful for life
It is important to start every now and then take a breath and just be grateful that I am alive. Iโ€™ve been coming back to this each morning this week. It helps call and center me. ๐ŸŒป
