I like the observation that when the mind wanders during meditation it either wanders to something in the past or something in the future. I will try to use this today to help me focus outside of meditation, to keep me focused on my task at hand. Namaste

I learned that the problems can be solved easily by giving it a little bit of focus and breathing into it

It's okay to feel very stressed out at times
But, I need to work my way to to feeling less stressed. In that particular moment, I felt very stressed but I am calmer. I will feel better when the moment is over and at a resolution but I am glad to know it's normal to not feel completely relaxed at times.
