Fog Lifting
I often feel as if I am walking in a fog. I snap out of it from time to time. Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, months turn into years. This session told me that I need to get out of that fog more often and showed me an easy way to do it. Insightful.

The Bridge
I was reminded that spirituality and science are not at odds. They are inextricably linked. The energy that powers our body and earth, that governs our actions and environment can be summoned to take us in new directions. Meditation is the bridge that connects us to this source. It is the way to manage our being in this world.

Not Mindful Mouthful, but Autopilot
Ha! I thought this was going to be about mindfulness coming out when you speak, silly me! Then I read that it was about mindful eating and got bummed out because I have a horrible relationship with food and being on autopilot helps me get through meals. The joke on me was that when I hit play, the Autopilot meditation played instead! Yay!!!

Overworking mind
This practice stops my brain and resets it like a watch. ⌚ then a new and more fully plan for each day evolved

Changing unhealthy habits mindfully
It’s so important for me to understand the how and why behind my current actions before I can really pitch in to change them. Thinking shortcuts- how we get through our busy days and why we revert back to unhealthy habits. I while try next time I find myself lurching done an old path I’ve now mindfully chosen not to take by stopping, taking a deep breath, turning off the shortcut, and deciding in full mind which path I choose to take. To be honest...
I completely zoned out during this meditation, sorry my bad.

Making an intention
I didn’t realize I was on autopilot until I really thought about it...I can easily make excuses for not wanting to work out or get myself to the gym, even if I do pack a gym bag before work. I should start with baby steps to get into the habit and perhaps set a reminder on my phone.

Take a minute
Take a minute to think and to push yourself instead of falling back into something you never wanted to do anymore or into something you want to move forward doing. I liked how it mentioned to take a deep breath before even answering the phone it reminds yourself to slow down and think

Anxious
While I appreciate Dea's sage advice, I found myself less relaxed after this session. This meditation is perhaps better suited for another time, not right before bed.

Getting Off Autopilot
My autopilot is multitasking. I can’t just do one thing at a time. My intention is to be present.

Mindfulness
Taking initiative into a purpose each day will open my neurons in my brain to get the outcome im looking for. Feeling my breaths and feel my chest flow naturally is therapeutic.

Stressful mind leads to neurodegeneration
I learned that we should remind ourselves everyday what is our purpose to thrive to do something we really need and should do and not just do things in auto pilot, we should also change things up to keep the mind interested to what it wants to input. Thank you for taking my mind off my studies for while..really needed to eustress.

Do or Die
It seems my life is 98% autopilot. I don’t change because it’s too hard. There are a few things I must do for my health; I know exactly what they are. It’s almost as if I’m waiting for some catastrophic event to happen before I get the message. I think I’ll make a sign “DO OR DIE” and pin it to myself. Reminder, mindfulness, whatever it is, to get my butt and brain in gear. Great meditation, Dea. Thank you. 🙏🌷

Not a creature of habit
Surprisingly, Im pretty sure I’m not on autopilot most of the time! ^ - ^ Between having a rebellious, somewhat chaotic personality and being a mom of little ones my days tend to be surprising and generally erratic, so this meditation actually made me think more about how I might “use autopilot” for beneficial habits!

The Benefit of Self Sabotage
The desire to establish a new habit will inevitably meet its counterpart. Before I can overcome my „weaker“ self, I got to analyze which hidden profits I hide in it. Smoking can give you a wonderful timeout, eating creates a wonderful fleshy barrier. All things considered there are many ways to self sabotage and sabotage others. It‘s a nice strategy to hide myself, to say „ I could if...“, to avoid to make the right questions - and starting to grow up. We all want to keep being Peter Pan and Cinderella. Don‘t we?

Turning yourself around
When feeling under the pressure of stress it’s hard to let go and focus on my as everything seems an issue or a challenge. Turning yourself around is hard but one small step like the last 3 mins can start the change

Make it obvious
If you really want to accomplish something, show to yourself that you are committed. Example: If you want to have good grades, you can get yourself some stationery goods that can help you be motivated in studying. All my life, my New Year's Resolution is to wake up early, but until now, I haven't reached that goal because I keep on thinking that it's hopeless, but after hearing this meditation, I realized that maybe this can help me break my habit of waking up late. Trying is the only way to find out.

Mindfulness for Behavior Change
Some unhealthy habits are so engrained that we do them without thinking. Using mindfulness to be aware of them and to make different choices intentionally makes new pathways for healthy behavior.

Rewiring
I am on autopilot the majority of the time. This explains why it is so hard to shed old habits and stick with new ones. I need to practice mindfulness more regularly in order to get off autopilot and rewire myself.

Goals
I have been stressing about a paper I have to write and avoiding it. During my session I made an attainable goal to put earphones in and focus for a solid hour. After I set the goal I felt much more relaxed and determined to begin.

Out of autopilot I can think and be creative. I also have a hard time recalling things done in autopilot, mindfulness has made me realize this

Setting new intentions
My new intention is to continue with these daily meditations. Becoming mindful is a goal I’ve set for myself. I’ve been on autopilot for a long time so I realize it will take practice and patience in order to reach my goal. Good stuff!!

Good enough
It helped me calm down but I would have preferred if she spoke slower so I could feel the vibes of meditation and so I could relax easier...maybe some people like it like this, it was just my opinion :3

Nueroning...
What a great little break that 3 min was. All about intentionally trying to create new habits by building new neuron networks in our brain. I am buying into & totally agreeing with what she’s saying and all the sudden my forehead feels like there’s fireworks exploding under my skin! There’s an active newly forming network of neuron connections happening as I’m listening & it’s spreading across the front of my head as a wildfire spreads across dry grass. Fanning out as it grows like the delta at the end of a large river. And all I’m thinking about was the new things I want to start doing. What a crazy & incredibly delicious thought/feeling that we could possibly start to build a network with one thought... but that is exactly what we do. It’s obviously not a strong path yet, but thought upon thought (positive or negative) builds that path until it becomes an unthinking Habit. Whew! I need some water... ❤️✌🏼

My confidence is growing as I follow through with what I percieve as positive behaviour, which leads me to believe I will great satisfaction in the future if I continue to push through now with my desire to gain positive habits and patterns of behaviour.

Intentional Action to Mindfulness
I like the idea of changing up your “routine” to change up your mindset. It’s one thing to say “I’m going to do...” or “I want to do...” Sometimes it’s best to apply assertion and make your intentions clear to yourself.

Mindful
You have to change behaviours and mindset . Don't go through life on autopilot. Enjoy, experience and love each moment. I have just chucked out 3 bags of rubbish!

Awareness
Mindfulness is being in the present moment. Create new pathways by being in the present moment and being deliberate in everything you do. Practice, put out visual clues to create who you want to become.

Intentional Action; New Pathways
We get stuck in the same routines and routes of doing things. Creating new pathways in our brain is good; we can do this by being intentional. We need to spark and create a new memory; then create a new, strong pathway. Don’t let lost and trapped in bad habits. Be intentional and take action to get a new, desired behavior. I’ve found that sticky notes help me a lot.

New Pathways
This session is excellent! I love to understand why and how something works, and this session explains in very simple terms why and how mindfulness works and what it is actually doing. At times I have felt like I am going through the motions with mindfulness, and this is a very helpful reminder about why this practice is important. Thank you!

Great way to start the day
I found this meditation really grounding and a reminder that we always have a choice over thoughts and behaviours.
