Mindfully Kind
What is kindness? What does it mean to be kind to others? How do we feel when we are kind? In this beautiful meditation, Dorothy guides us within ourselves to answer these questions and more. Kindness is doing something for someone else without expectations of receiving anything in return. It is done out of the goodness of our hearts. There are many examples of being kind to others such as, opening doors for others and donating monetarily to a cause. When we are kind, we feel love. Being mindfully kind, we are aware of our surroundings and we act in such a way where what we think, do and say are done with kindness. Essentially, we bring kindness into our hearts and we live each day as beings of love. As beings of love, we are generous, we are a listening ear, we are a gentle touch. If each and every one of us adopted to be mindfully kind, imagine how loving this world could be! There would be no hate being spewed on social media, no judgement, no jealousy or envy. It all begins with me, you, us. As the saying goes, โ€œBe the change you wish to see in the world โ€œ. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ
