A mindful breathing practise to help anchor yourself to the present moment. If you are in a situation where you may feel anxious, overwhelmed or uncertain its good to be able to connect to the breath to bring you back to the present moment, a point of calm, peace and stillness.

Witnessing the breath
Initially I noticed myself trying to evaluate how I was breathing. I was also distracted by thinking of all of the ways this meditation might be able to help me in my life. I find it hard sometimes to take deep breaths. Consequently, when I meditate, I often overthink trying to relax my diaphragm and free up more deeply. This meditation helped remedy this problem because, unlike other practices I have done, this did not ask for any specific technique. It’s simply wanted you to observe your breath. Additionally, during the life coach say that nobody breathe in a regular pattern helped me not to put so much pressure on myself to breathe deeply. This allowed me to clear my head, and focus on only observing my diaphragm as I breathed . I am grateful to the people who work for this app. Thank you for putting this track together. You have taught me not to overthink my breathing or try to breathe in any particular way when meditating. Thank you also to the community on this app for taking the time to read this post. I hope everyone is OK, happy, and well.

Exhaling is Easy
When you let yourself go. Waiting for class to come in. Today has been filled with small pockets of unexpected time: to do dishes this morning, and to breathe before 4th grade comes in.
