I felt my heart beating pretty fast and my breathing was light. The more I focused on it the slower and steadier my breath and heart beat got. I feel very relaxed now

Melting into sleep
This is the first time since October 7th that I have felt good again. First day I was able ti just truely laugh and giggle, Iโ€™ve finally slept in - first time .. I feel a little more like a human again and this was a great meditation to end this day and drift into sleep. Thanks
