Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each ”session” will begin with brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. Ahhhh a new day
I embrace today. I am grateful for this new day which reminds that all shall pass. After a gloomy day yesterday I get to start over with a new day filled with hope and releasing that worry of yesterday. All is well.
