We often become quite hard on ourselves when things don't go as planned. This meditation invites you to remember events and times when you either given or received care and kindness, so you can reignite those positive emotions for healing.

Self care
I was very emotional 😢 during this practice. I felt like I was releasing tension. Great meditation
I thought of my cat. I thought of things I do for her and how she cares for me. I also thought of a friend and how I send them good energy.
Staying With It
When I started this my mind was all over the place. I couldn’t connect with any kindness; just scattered thoughts everywhere. But I kept with it. Kept breathing. Kept trying to relax into it and not engage the random thoughts. In time the mind quieted and I could begin to connect with kindness. Staying with practices is so important.
Made me think about how much people care about me and how I need to care for myself more. I did get a little emotional, reminding myself that I am loved. I also need to stop taking other people for granted and show them more love as well.
I am a teacher! I love teaching amd children! I love breaks to get away from the overwhelming demands of teaching and all it in compasses. I have been teaching in a toxic environment for 5 years!! Help. My principal comes into my room maybe 3 times a year. She had zero leadership! She lets other random employees run the school. Snotty, clicky, employees that Need leadership themselves amd are crying out for it as I am. I put my energy with this meditation into having a strong, caring, protective principal who leads, guides and complements us. Our transfer period will be coming up in March and pray to God I get transferred away from the school I am at to one that is close to my home and a rejuvenation to want to continue to teach.
Meditation For Self Care
Tune inrto the feelings of care that you have for others and turn them to yourself. Realize that it is okay to care for yourself
I felt grateful and appreciative of the people I have in my life. I was also reminded that self care is just as important as caring for others.
Picturing thoughts
I was able to picture me laying on my husbands chest, feeling cared for. I pictured the day Kim’s mom was diagnosed with cancer. I hurried over to be there for her. Realizing a time I cared for someone.
